Returns
Items may only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. Wear and tear or improper use of the item are not covered under warranty. An item must always be returned in its original condition with packaging, accompanied by your invoice. Items must either be delivered to our store or shipped to our warehouse in Breukelen. If shipping is chosen, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any risks related to loss and/or damage during shipment.
After arrival, it may take a few business days to process the return. Once the return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned item via the original payment method. If the return concerns an entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded if all returned items are approved. Items that are not approved can be returned upon request.
If your delivered item is missing a small part/accessory that is not directly attached to the item, such as a detachable shoulder strap or bag charm, depending on the specific item, we may send it to you at our expense.
To initiate a return, send an email to klantenservice[at]giuliano.com. Please include the following in your email:
- Order number (starting with ORD)
- Item number of the item to be returned
- Company name
- Description of the defects
- At least two photos, one of which shows the entire product
